Quality Management System

Our Quality Management System (QMS) is integrated into our management and manufacturing systems from the estimating stage to dispatch and is eternally traceable. GMG is in the process of developing, implementing and refining our QMS for certification as a Quality Endorsed Company.

Project Management

Our experienced team of estimators and project managers, backed by strong systems and administration personnel, coordinate all fabrication projects, heavy to light, from start to finish. 24 hour turn around on quotation is offered when required. Our team is committed to offering the best service and product for the right price.

Our Laser cutting capabilities are amongst the best with two of the most productive efficient lasers on the world market.

By deploying technologically advanced Bystronic Laser cutters we are capable of cutting large profiles along with automated sheet loading for maximum productivity. Laser profile cutting of components is to the highest level of accuracy and quality. Skilled programmers assist clients in the development of their products.

• Press Brakes to 500 tonne x 6m long in 2, 3, & 5 axis CNC machine configurations
• Rolling capacity to 16mm over 3m
• Guillotining of mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium.
• Experienced operators can accurately bend & form components to required shape.

Cutting & Machining

• Machine centres up to 5 axis, operated by a team of experienced CNC machinists creating precision parts.
• Fully automated Band Saw. Fully programmable machine able to make consistent cuts to any quantity of material including high tensile materials.
• Punch & Shear: Automated to produce high volumes of assembly or complete product components with precision.

Welding & Fabrication

• Aluminium, Stainless Steel & Mild Steel fabrications to AS-1554 & prequalification’s to required specifications.

Surface Coatings

Material Handling & Delivery

With our own vehicles we are able to deliver to most sites as required. Servicing Queensland, we are renown for our on-time deliveries.

Our workshops are well equipped to handle the largest jobs with capabilities of up to 50 tonne. Assisting with handling are a number of forklifts and overhead cranes ensuring prompt movement of jobs between work centres and ensuring maximum productivity.
