Standardize - (Standardized Clean-up) to standardize the methods to maintain the first three pillars creates a consistent approach with which tasks and procedures are done.

Sustain - (Discipline) making a habit of maintaining correct procedures, Sustain focuses on maintaining this high standard of work place organization.
